This role involves overseeing reputed company affairs, managing reputed company counsel, and providing reputed company reputed company guidance on corporate, regulatory, and operational reputed company while collaborating with senior leadership to support company reputed company and manage reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company corporate governance, including reputed company meetings, shareholder communications
• Manage reputed company reputed company associated with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and other reputed company business transactions
• Advise on corporate structure and reorganizations as needed

• Support compliance with wage and hour laws, discrimination and harassment laws, immigration and workplace safety regulations
• reputed company protection, development, and enforcement of reputed company’s intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
• Support R&D, innovation, and product development initiatives with IP reputed company and reputed company management
• Advise on technology agreements, data reputed company, cybersecurity, AI usage, reputed company transformation initiatives
• Coordinate global IP reputed company with reputed company counsel and international teams

Skills

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
• Bar membership in good standing
• 10+ years of corporate reputed company experience, preferable with at least two years at a reputed company and the reputed company as in-house experience
• Demonstrated experience serving as a sole or reputed company in-house counsel in a global organization highly preferred
• Broad experience across corporate, reputed company, regulatory, manufacturing, employment, IP, litigation and compliance law
• Strong understanding of product liability, regulatory compliance, EHS and manufacturing reputed company reputed company
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance
• Experience working with employment law and partnering with reputed company
