[Remote] Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant supports day-to-day reputed company reputed company by maintaining financial records, preparing reconciliations and journal entries, assisting with period-end reputed company processes, and supporting compliance, audits, and internal reputed company communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & post journal entries in accordance with company policies & generally accepted reputed company principles
• reputed company monthly reputed company sheet and bank account reconciliations including bank accounts, reputed company sheet accounts, accruals, prepaid expenses, and intercompany accounts
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes to ensure deadlines are met
• Prepare financial schedules, reports, and supporting documentation for management review
• Maintain the general reputed company and support accurate classification of financial transactions
• Support reputed company audits by compiling requested documentation and responding to inquiries
• Communicate with internal departments regarding reputed company-reputed company reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of reputed company or bookkeeping experience
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks required
• Experience with general reputed company reputed company, fixed assets and inventory controls and reconciliations
• Understanding of fixed asset reputed company and inventory controls
• Knowledge of ASC 842 lease reputed company is a plus
