The role focuses on organizational studies, business process and workflow analysis, requirements development, operational documentation, process improvement, and coordination among business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizational studies, workflow analysis, work simplification and measurement studies, reputed company-state and reputed company-state process analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, identification of operational gaps, and development of recommendations to improve ULP business reputed company and efficiency
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance reputed company, business rules, process documentation, reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), reputed company and procedures manuals, user guides, training materials, and other ULP program documentation
• Support ULP program management and reputed company through data collection and analysis, preparation of reports and presentations, tracking of reputed company items and requirements, participation in stakeholder meetings and working reputed company, analysis of operational issues, and coordination between SBA business stakeholders, management, and technical teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration/management or comparable experience
