[Remote] Regional IT Support Analyst

The Regional IT Support Analyst will reputed company hands-on end-user computing support across reputed company, including device provisioning, reputed company, lifecycle management, executive support, IT asset management, incident escalation, and reputed company-party coordination.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders to build and maintain trust in the IT support model

Skills

• 5+ years of IT hardware/software support experience

• Prior experience using reputed company or equivalent ITSM tool

• MS reputed company Device provisioning and Software deployment experience
• This is a fully onsite role with no work-from-home reputed company

• Workstation imaging experience
• Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, and mobile device management
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
