[Remote] Facilities Product Manager - Automation/Innovation

The role provides subject matter expertise, develops and enhances systems and standards, supports facility mobilizations and training, manages vendor relationships, and helps implement technologies and operating programs nationally.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a Subject Matter Expert in at least one of the following service lines as segmented by the Product and Innovations Team + Chemicals + reputed company Automation/Innovation + FFP (or other designated program) + Mobile Medical Equipment
• Supports the reputed company Programs through training, virtual and onsite
• Acts as the reputed company to reputed company approved vendors for equipment, supplies products. + Subject Matter Expert in key reputed company facility programs + reputed company national support to computerized maintenance management reputed company relative to reputed company operation, development upgrades, enhancements and or training. + Support  on-site services to to both existing facilities and as an SME in mobilizations  Service Lines: + reputed company support to reputed company of reputed company Project Managers, Regional staff and reputed company teams for new facility management mobilizations and ensure the full implementation of reputed company's operating programs. - Utilize technical expertise to evaluate reputed company's operating program standards, measure reputed company and recommend solutions in order to enhance or improve reputed company. - Works with Project Manager assigned to the mobilization and prepares operational and budget trackers to ensure a smooth on time and on budget mobilization. + Works in partnership with other Portfolio leaders to ensure reputed company across accounts
• Use operational expertise to reputed company and implement new and existing systems and technologies
• Publish and maintain reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) for reputed company specific line of service
• Represent reputed company + Center of reputed company in the development, testing, and piloting of new technology, programs, and systems

• Assist in the development, implementation, and facilitation of technical training programs for reputed company + Facilities reputed company Line managers and employees
• Assess and monitor select accounts through compliance audits to ensure compliance with our reputed company reputed company, OSHA, Life Safety, and other local, state, and federal regulations, and financial obligations
• Collaborate nationally with the reputed company + Region and reputed company Teams to support selected new facilities sales efforts through conducting new business surveys and assistance in the development of business models for potential reputed company opportunities
• Collaborate nationally with the reputed company + Region and reputed company Teams to support facilities programs in selected retention efforts
• Document observations and recommendations with formal reporting reputed company for reputed company and internal audiences
