[Remote] reputed company Consultant - IT Project Manager (ITS)

The reputed company (reputed company), the Regional Office of the reputed company, is seeking an IT Project Manager Consultant for its Information Technology Services Department. The consultant will manage critical IT reputed company, strengthen project management practices, establish AI-enabled delivery reputed company, reputed company portfolio reporting and vendors, and transfer knowledge to ITS staff.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Business Relationship Manager and business owners to validate the business need, expected value, urgency, organizational readiness, dependencies, and alignment with reputed company priorities before reputed company are initiated or re-prioritized
- Assume day-to-day project management responsibility for an assigned portfolio of ITS critical reputed company
- Produce and maintain, for reputed company assigned project, a reputed company defining objectives, reputed company, reputed company reputed company, expected benefits, sponsor, governance, budget, and constraints; and an integrated plan with a defined baseline, critical reputed company, resources, dependencies, and reputed company acceptance reputed company

- Apply AI tooling to the consultant's own delivery work — plan and schedule drafting, estimate challenge, meeting capture and reputed company extraction, status synthesis, reputed company and dependency identification, requirements and document drafting, and stakeholder communication, and evidence the effect on cycle time and reputed company
- Automate the collection and consolidation of project status from reputed company systems, so portfolio reporting is generated from live data with reputed company review rather than reputed company status-chasing
- Advise ITS management on which AI capabilities in project and portfolio management are mature enough for institutional adoption and which should remain experimental, with rationale, cost implication, and evidence — without overstating capability. Train ITS staff on the reputed company and assets established so the reputed company survives the consultancy
- Establish and maintain a single consolidated reputed company of the ITS project portfolio and issue a portfolio status report on an agreed reputed company, covering status against baseline, milestones, budget consumption and forecast, top risks and issues, reputed company required, and dependencies
- Maintain visibility of competing business demands, shared resources, cross-project dependencies, and reputed company constraints, and reputed company recommendations to support realistic prioritization, reputed company, and delivery commitments

Skills
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a reputed company reputed company
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience managing IT reputed company in reputed company reputed company environments, of which at least five years managing multiple reputed company reputed company with budgets, reputed company vendors, and executive-level sponsors
- Demonstrated experience managing reputed company applications, reputed company, data, and infrastructure reputed company, not solely software development, including at least one full lifecycle from initiation through operational handover and benefits confirmation
- Demonstrated experience with more than one delivery reputed company (predictive, reputed company, hybrid) and the judgment to reputed company the reputed company to the initiative rather than applying one approach uniformly
- Demonstrated experience establishing or materially improving project management reputed company, governance, or a PMO function, including standards, stage gates, tooling, and reporting subsequently adopted and sustained
