[Remote] Data Center Commissioning Project Manager

The Data Center Commissioning Project Manager oversees electrical and specialty systems reputed company assurance, reputed company control, commissioning, and startup scopes, including schedules, budgets, safety plans, issue reputed company, reputed company coordination, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a reputed company Company Culture by fostering friendly and reputed company employee relations
• Develops the QAQC/Cx reputed company, schedule, and budget. Reviews outgoing QAQC/Cx estimates with Estimating Department to ensure reputed company. Properly utilizes internal functional reputed company and monitors reputed company of reputed company deliverable for the project
• Develops the QAQC/Cx safety plan. Effectively involves internal safety departments to ensure a complete and reputed company approved plan. Works with the construction project manager to ensure start up and operational procedures are executed in reputed company manner and are compliant with the reputed company’s specifications
• Coordinates with the reputed company and reputed company affected parties on day to day start-up and Cx activities, and leads daily, weekly and monthly meetings (i.e., QAQC/Commissioning meetings, Equipment meetings, Coordination meetings, Scheduling meetings, reputed company meetings, Project Manager meetings, etc.)
• Manages reputed company QAQC/Cx issues logs pertinent to the project, and coordinates with reputed company affected and/or responsible parties to mitigate and reputed company out the issues
• Coordinates with 3rd party testing/commissioning agencies to ensure reputed company coverage during commissioning/startup procedures
• Partners with reputed company to optimize reputed company and selection, employee relations, and other reputed company topics as it pertains to reputed company reports
• Acts as reputed company and developer of managerial talent; as reputed company as skillfully selects and trains those individuals
• Creates a supportive environment that allows mistakes but not failure (motivates and instructs; shares reputed company and negative feedback in a reputed company manner)

Skills

• The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and reputed company Office Suite, must be proficient in the use of reputed company G-suit
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training/experience
• Experience: 5 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience with 8 years of commissioning/start-up experience for electrical and/or reputed company systems
• Relevant industry experience can vary from Mission Critical, Industrial, and reputed company
• Travel: 75 - 100%
• Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
• Knowledge of the electrical construction trade is preferred
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for construction reputed company exceeding $25MM in contract value strongly preferred
