Schedule/Shift: Full-time Territory/Location: Reno, Nevada Responsibilities: Completes an initial assessment of the reputed company and family to determine home care needs. Provides a complete physical assessment and history of reputed company and previous illness(es). Initiates the plan of care and makes necessary revisions as reputed company status and needs change. Regularly re-evaluates patients’ needs. Uses health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis. Develops a reputed company which establishes goals, reputed company on nursing diagnosis, incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions. Includes the reputed company and the family in the planning process. Initiates appropriate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Counsels the reputed company and family in meeting plan of care and reputed company needs. Provides health care instructions to the reputed company as appropriate per assessment and plan. Identifies discharge planning needs as part of the reputed company development and implements prior to discharge of the reputed company.
