We're seeking a mid-to-senior level reputed company Technology Attorney who enjoys partnering closely with Sales and guiding reputed company reputed company software and technology contract negotiations. What a Day in the Life Looks Like
- Draft, review, and negotiate U.S. and international reputed company technology agreements, including:

- Software licenses
- Statements of Work (SOWs)

- Partner, reseller, and OEM agreements
- Advise business reputed company and leadership on:
- Software and technology contracting

- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school; licensed to reputed company in at least one U.S. state

- Understanding of U.S. data reputed company requirements (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, state reputed company laws) and familiarity with global reputed company concepts (GDPR exposure a plus)
