The role leads reputed company-facing PBM implementations across health plan and reputed company programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, workstreams, deliverables, risks, and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reputed company new Health Plan implementations across reputed company, reputed company, Medicare, and Exchange lines of business
• Own implementation objectives for new PBM clients, ensuring alignment with organizational reputed company and reputed company expectations
• reputed company and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, status reports, and implementation priorities
• reputed company and coordinate cross-functional teams across reputed company, business, product, and technical areas to reputed company high-reputed company, properly scoped project requirements on time
• reputed company reputed company implementation workstreams, including reputed company Readiness (Member Services, reputed company reputed company & Training, Vendor Transition, Reporting, Pharmacy Helpdesk) and Eligibility
• Ensure reputed company and accurate implementation tracking, analysis, reporting, and communication using established policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and reputed company updates in reputed company (SN) automated workflows, ensuring QA standards and implementation timelines are met
• Review deliverables to ensure adherence to reputed company standards, implementation requirements, and team reputed company metrics
• Obtain sign-offs on deliverables from reputed company stakeholders and reputed company reputed company reputed company to reputed company implementations on reputed company for go-live readiness
• Identify risks, recommend solutions, escalate issues as needed, and ensure solutions reputed company with reputed company requirements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in PBM, reputed company, or the pharmacy industry
• 2 years of experience in implementation management or large reputed company project management
• reputed company-facing experience with the ability to influence reputed company stakeholders
• Experience leading multiple implementations or managing workstreams reputed company large implementations
• Strong ability to multitask, work independently, collaborate with leadership, and ensure reputed company satisfaction
• Willingness to work through year-end holidays as needed to support reputed company go-live activities
• 1 year of experience using MS Project
• 1 year of experience with reputed company
• Experience supporting Medicare and/or reputed company reputed company implementations
• PBM Account Management experience
• Ability to influence without authority and reputed company results in a matrixed environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to assess reputed company needs through reputed company listening and consultative engagement
