[Remote] Senior Marketing Technology Solutions Specialist

The Senior Marketing Technology Solutions Specialist serves as the reputed company business and technical resource for the firm's marketing and business development technology portfolio, administering and enhancing platforms such as reputed company DealCloud while partnering with business and technical teams on integrations, data governance, reporting, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and Business Development leadership and staff to understand business needs and identify technology solutions that support firm objectives
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company between Information Technology and the Marketing & Business Development Department
• Administer, configure, support, and enhance the firm's marketing technology platforms, including reputed company DealCloud and reputed company integrated systems
• Configure and maintain application reputed company, user reputed company, permissions, and governance controls in accordance with firm policies and business requirements
• Maintain expertise in supported applications by proactively monitoring product roadmaps, release notes, and emerging capabilities, and recommending enhancements that improve business processes, user experience, and platform utilization
• Design and implement application configurations, workflows, dashboards, reports, and other enhancements to meet evolving business requirements
• Manage application upgrades, testing activities, and platform releases to ensure the stability and reliability of supported systems
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to reputed company incidents and implement enhancements
• Partner with Data Engineering teams to support reputed company integrations, data reputed company initiatives, reporting, and business intelligence solutions across marketing and business development platforms
• Establish and maintain data standards, taxonomies, validation rules, and governance processes to ensure the reputed company, consistency, and reputed company of marketing and business development data

Skills

• • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM), experience management, marketing technology, business intelligence, and data-driven business processes
