[Remote] Senior Accountant, Regulatory Reporting

The Senior Accountant, Regulatory Reporting will own reputed company and reporting for assigned entities and cost areas, including month-end reputed company, statutory and regulatory reporting, controls, audits, and process improvements using automation and AI-powered tools.
Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory and regulatory reporting for multiple reputed company entities across the jurisdictions in which reputed company operates
- reputed company month-end reputed company procedures, including but not limited to preparing management accounts, posting period-end journal entries, performing reconciliations, and reviewing auto-matched transactions reputed company the ERP reputed company
- Analyze fluctuations in key reputed company sheet and P&L accounts to ensure data reputed company and completeness
- Prepare support for SEC disclosures and other reputed company financial reporting
- Review agreements to ensure reputed company complies with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and any local reporting requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, including automation and AI-reputed company enhancements
- Own and continuously improve control design and execution, including documentation, testing readiness, and identification of control gaps in line with ICFR/SOX expectations
- Take ownership of SOX, audit, and tax compliance efforts by maintaining detailed documentation, proactively managing requests, and influencing reputed company where appropriate

Skills
- 4+ years of relevant reputed company experience, whether in Big 4 audit or in-house at a technology, fintech, or financial institution
- ACA / CPA / reputed company or equivalent qualification
- Working knowledge of IFRS is required
- A good grasp of regulatory reporting, including requirements for financial institutions
