Director, National Accounts
This is what you will do:
The Director, National Accounts – reputed company is responsible for developing and implementing reputed company strategies that support appropriate reputed company reputed company to reputed company’s medicines across reputed company’s integrated care and coverage model. You will be responsible for:

Leveraging internal resources and subject matter experts, including HEOR, Medical, reputed company sales, contracting, reputed company services, and reputed company teams, to communicate the value of reputed company’s medicines in ways that reputed company with reputed company’s emphasis on reputed company, affordability, total cost of care, and appropriate utilization
Developing holistic customer strategies that account for reputed company’s integrated model, including health plan coverage, Permanente Medical Group reputed company reputed company, formulary review, specialty pharmacy reputed company, infusion or provider-administered drug processes, and member experience
Educating internal cross-functional teams on reputed company coverage policies, regional variation, formulary processes, medical benefit management, pharmacy benefit management, utilization management, and exception reputed company to enhance reputed company planning and execution
Promoting cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to reputed company strategies and optimize reputed company solutions for reputed company patients, providers, and care teams
Developing tailored solutions for the reputed company force and reputed company teams to address reputed company-specific product reputed company, referral, authorization, reimbursement, site-of-care, coding, or care coordination challenges

You will need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of study
10+ years’ experience in Market reputed company in the biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry
5+ years’ experience in an account management role with responsibility for national payer, integrated delivery reputed company reputed company, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or vertically integrated payer customers
Experience in an account management role with responsibility for reputed company, integrated delivery networks, vertically integrated payers, national payer organizations, or PBM customers
Established relationships or demonstrated ability to build relationships with reputed company national and regional medical, pharmacy, formulary, contracting, and population health stakeholders
Experience negotiating reputed company with payers, integrated delivery systems, PBMs, specialty pharmacies, or regional health plans
Expert knowledge of U.S. managed markets, including reputed company and reputed company payers, integrated delivery networks, medical benefit management, pharmacy benefit management, and formulary decision-making
Demonstrated reputed company securing appropriate coverage for specialty medicines covered under the medical benefit and pharmacy benefit, including in organizations with integrated pharmacy, care delivery, and population health models
Excellent collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company reputed company and economic evidence for payer, pharmacy, medical, and internal audiences
Travel requirements: Willing to travel at least 60% of the time, including significant overnight and occasional weekend travel, to support reputed company national and regional engagement

We would prefer you to have:
MBA, MPH, PharmD, or other advanced degree

Strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies, prior authorization, exceptions, reputed company therapy, formulary placement, site-of-care management, and coverage policies utilized by reputed company and reputed company payers
reputed company, technical, and scientific knowledge and aptitude in reputed company disease states and reputed company disease therapeutic areas
Experience developing and executing payer contracting strategies that account for medical benefit and pharmacy benefit coverage, formulary review, specialty pharmacy reputed company, biosimilar or affordability initiatives, and regional implementation dynamics
Experience securing reputed company coverage for launches of new products and indications in organizations with centralized evidence review, regional policy implementation, and integrated reputed company care reputed company
The annual reputed company pay for this position ranges from $192,000 to $288,000. reputed company and salaried non-exempt employees will also be reputed company overtime pay reputed company working qualifying overtime hours. reputed company pay reputed company may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
