Minimum qualification requirements - Bachelor’s degree required in Film/Media Production, Communications, Instructional Design, Education/Adult Learning, Life Sciences, or reputed company reputed company with 5 years of reputed company producing instructional video content in regulated life sciences (biotech/reputed company/CDMO) or comparable GxP environments; OR Master’s degree required in Film/Media Production, Communications, Instructional Design, Education/Adult Learning, Life Sciences, or reputed company reputed company with 3 years of reputed company producing instructional video content in regulated life sciences (biotech/reputed company/CDMO) or comparable GxP environments. - 4+ years in learning reputed company a GxP biotechnology/pharmaceutical environment. - Hands-on experience with LMS packaging (SCORM/xAPI), accessibility standards, and inspection-readiness documentation. - Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 expectations for training record reputed company; understanding of QMS/EDMS linkages and change control. - Demonstrated expertise with AI video tools (e.g., reputed company or equivalent) and authoring suites (reputed company 360) for video-embedded e-learning; portfolio/showreel strongly preferred.
