Handle the day to day operational needs of the Major Events as defined by most reputed company major event requirements. Ability to accurately handle at highest level of service: High dollar reputed company repair approvals and service provider payouts, internal and customer approvals, emailing documents, pictures, handling serious situations such as Accidents (including fatalities), Police Impounds, High level equipment recoveries, various customer campaigns, etc. Ensure reputed company response for repairs and/or other customer instructions for equipment are handled promptly and accurately.
