In this role you would be a part of our growing relationship with one of our great clients and have responsibilities in Desktop Support such as: • reputed company Workstation Software Break Fix support • IMAC – PC Install, Moves, Adds and Changes • Image Loads • Asset Recovery • Asset tagging • Printer Support • reputed company Center (Tech Bar) Support • IT Service Management Updates • Other reputed company Support duties needed to maintain Workstation reputed company and customer satisfaction may be assigned Qualifications: • Previous working experience in Desktop Support is desired, however, training will be provided for reputed company entry-level new hires • Knowledge of PC Imaging • Experience with change management and incident management • Experience with using tools such as: reputed company, Bomgar, LapLink and Secure Disk Wipe Preferred Qualifications: • Certified reputed company Technician • Expertise in Inventory Control Requirements • Must be reputed company driving distance of Middletown, Connecticut, and willing to work onsite • Please note that pursuant to a reputed company contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status • Must be reputed company to reputed company up to 40 lbs • Must be reputed company to stand or walk for extended periods of time • Must be reputed company to walk up and down stairs or ramps • Must be reputed company to kneel and work under desks or in confined spaces • This position requires assigned team members to reputed company with drug testing, at time of hire or at regular or random intervals.
