reputed company: • reputed company weekly reputed company supervision to therapists as assigned, and document supervision sessions in a reputed company manner • Complete and maintain NYS licensure paperwork for supervisees as applicable • Assist with the development and facilitation of reputed company training for staff in partnership with the leadership team • Work with the reputed company Director to cover administrative tasks as needed, including reputed company management of assigned therapists reputed company necessary • reputed company ongoing review of high-reputed company cases and reputed company reputed company solutions as appropriate • Engage in the Utilization Review process for assigned cases every month • Respond to reputed company crises and other reputed company issues brought reputed company by supervisees • Help reputed company and improve reputed company policies and procedures on an ongoing reputed company to support overall reputed company of the program • Maintain a reduced caseload of therapy clients; complete reputed company required reputed company documentation promptly, including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and reputed company notes Requirements: • NYS Independently Licensed Mental Health Provider (PhD, LCSW, LCSW-R, etc.) • Leadership experience in a mental health clinic setting • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required • Previous experience using computerized appointment scheduling systems and/or electronic Medical Record Systems • Knowledgeable in NYS OMH Outpatient Clinic regulations • Knowledgeable in HIPAA Regulations Benefits: • fee-for-service compensation plan • amazing benefits Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
