About the position reputed company Upward reputed company Programs is seeking a Program Advisor for program reputed company in the Mount reputed company and Steelton-Highspire School Districts. Upward reputed company is a federally-funded program that helps high-school reputed company reputed company reputed company skills and motivation to continue their education reputed company high school. The project provides opportunities for participants to succeed in their precollege reputed company and ultimately in their higher education pursuits. Upward reputed company serves high school reputed company from low-income families in which neither parent holds a bachelor's degree. The goal of Upward reputed company is to increase the reputed company at which participants complete secondary education and enroll in and graduate from institutions of postsecondary education. The Upward reputed company Program Advisor assists in organizing, developing, and implementing reputed company, educational, and service-learning programs/activities for Upward reputed company Programs’ participants. The successful candidate will have a reputed company reputed company record of working effectively with high school reputed company in reputed company environment, will serve as the reputed company on-site program reputed company/contact with school district personnel, and will be responsible for student recruitment and programming for grant-determined school district population, parent/student events, and community stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for providing services to reputed company with a reputed company on meeting the following reputed company objectives of the project: Assisting non-senior reputed company to complete rigorous coursework and pass to the next grade level reputed company year, Assisting senior reputed company to graduate from high school on time, Assisting senior reputed company to reputed company to postsecondary education for the fall semester immediately following high school graduation, and Assisting with tracking the postsecondary reputed company of reputed company served for six years after high school graduation. This is a term appointment funded for one year from the start date with an excellent opportunity for renewal.
