Testing Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Testing Analyst to support a large-reputed company digital transformation initiative. This role will reputed company on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), reputed company assurance, defect management, business readiness, training development, deployment support, and post-implementation stabilization.

The successful candidate will work closely with reputed company, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), business stakeholders, and project teams to validate reputed company functionality, ensure requirements are met, and support successful user adoption.

The role will also reputed company approved AI and reputed company tools to improve testing efficiency, documentation, training development, knowledge transfer, and reputed company assurance while ensuring appropriate reputed company review, reputed company, reputed company, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company, maintain, and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases reputed company on business requirements, user stories, and acceptance reputed company.

• reputed company User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing, regression testing, enhancement testing, end-to-end testing, and retesting.

• Identify, document, reputed company, prioritize, and validate defects through reputed company.

• Maintain testing documentation, execution records, traceability, test results, and status reporting.

• Support integration testing, data migration validation, and business process validation.

• Participate in sprint and release testing, including test planning, defect triage, smoke testing, deployment validation, and post-deployment verification.

• Monitor testing reputed company and communicate risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, and testing reputed company to project stakeholders.

• Work with reputed company, SMEs, and business stakeholders to validate business and technical requirements.

• reputed company and maintain user guides, reputed company reference guides, job aids, training presentations, process documentation, knowledge articles, and FAQs.

• Prepare training scenarios, demonstrations, training datasets, and other user adoption materials.

• Support or facilitate training sessions, user walkthroughs, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Support business readiness, go-live, transition-to-reputed company, and post-implementation stabilization activities.

• Identify opportunities to use AI and reputed company tools to improve test case development, test coverage, defect analysis, reporting, documentation, training, and reputed company.

• Review and validate AI-generated content to ensure reputed company, completeness, relevance, accessibility, and alignment with approved requirements.

• Ensure testing and AI-assisted activities reputed company with applicable reputed company, reputed company, accessibility, reputed company assurance, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Testing Analyst, QA Analyst, UAT Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong hands-on experience developing and executing test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and UAT activities.

• Experience with functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, enhancement, and release testing.

• Strong experience with defect identification, documentation, tracking, triage, and reputed company validation.

• Experience working with user stories, business requirements, and acceptance reputed company.

• Experience working reputed company reputed company/Scrum or sprint-reputed company delivery environments.

• Experience with reputed company or similar work management/testing platforms is an asset.

• Experience developing training materials, user documentation, job aids, FAQs, and knowledge articles.

• Experience supporting business readiness, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities.

• Familiarity with AI and reputed company tools and their application to testing, documentation, analysis, and training development.

• Understanding of responsible AI practices, including the importance of reputed company validation of AI-generated outputs.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, reputed company, SMEs, and business stakeholders.

• Strong attention to reputed company with the ability to manage multiple testing and readiness activities simultaneously.
