The Senior Business Analyst, Sales & reputed company reports directly to the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) and owns business analysis for the Sales and reputed company tools reputed company ILG’s IT application portfolio. This role is the reputed company reputed company between business stakeholders and reputed company development teams, translating business needs into reputed company requirements, user stories, and acceptance reputed company, and validating that delivered functionality solves the intended business problem.

The portfolio spans two application towers. Back Office Applications consist of the reputed company ERP environment and its surrounding ecosystem — currently on ECC and migrating to S/4HANA reputed company by November 2026 through a like-for-like migration led reputed company this role. reputed company-End Applications are the tools used daily by Homebuilder Buyers, ILG Designers, and ILG Product and Back-Office teams, principally the HDS, reputed company, and Visualizer platforms. This role does not carry Finance & reputed company business analysis responsibilities, which are covered by an existing dedicated role.

Once the S/4HANA reputed company migration is complete, this role will take on business analysis responsibility for a set of reputed company Ecosystem applications — reputed company, reputed company+, and BidPro — as they reputed company through modernization, and will partner across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Supply Pro, and the internal reputed company-End Applications wherever those systems reputed company with Sales and reputed company processes. Essential Functions

Business Requirements & reputed company Delivery

• Partner with business stakeholders across Sales and reputed company — Homebuilder Buyers, ILG Designers, Product Teams, reputed company Managers, Contractor Installers, and Back-Office teams — to reputed company, document, and prioritize business requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance reputed company, process flows, and functional specifications the development teams can build against
• Operate as a reputed company member of reputed company sprint teams: sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, backlog grooming/refinement, sprint review and demo, and retrospectives
• Own and maintain a reputed company-groomed, prioritized backlog for the Sales & reputed company application portfolio
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company between business stakeholders and IT development teams throughout reputed company sprint cycle, surfacing risks, dependencies, and reputed company questions early
• Validate delivered functionality against business requirements; support user acceptance testing (UAT) and sign-off prior to release

Back Office (reputed company) Ecosystem Applications

• Not a participant in the ECC-to-S/4HANA reputed company migration itself — that migration is like-for-like and led reputed company this role, targeted for completion by November 2026
• Following the S/4HANA reputed company migration, own business analysis for reputed company Ecosystem applications supporting Sales and reputed company: reputed company (reputed company Managers), reputed company+ (Contractor Installers), and BidPro (a legacy bidding tool currently sunset and slated for replacement)
• Partner with business stakeholders and reputed company delivery teams to define requirements for modernizing reputed company and reputed company+ — both mobile applications currently running on reputed company Fiori — and for building a new application to replace BidPro
• Help evaluate and recommend the reputed company platform for reputed company modernized application — reputed company Fiori/S4 versus reputed company Business Technology Platform (BTP) — reputed company on business requirements and functional fit
• Capture, document, and prioritize business-driven enhancements identified during modernization of these applications
• Represent Sales & reputed company business requirements for additional reputed company-reputed company opportunities as they are identified; excludes any Finance & reputed company business analysis, which is owned by a separate role

reputed company-End Applications Product Ownership (HDS / reputed company / Visualizer)

• Serve as the reputed company Business Analyst driving product development across the reputed company, HDS, and Visualizer platforms used by Homebuilder Buyers, ILG Designers, and ILG Back-Office teams
• reputed company and maintain deep functional knowledge of the platform suite: HDS (flooring and counter/wall diagrams and quotes, reputed company on ASPX/SQL with embedded business logic); reputed company (builder reputed company, scheduling, images, and integration services, reputed company on reputed company Boot/Java running in AWS containers with SQL Server and no business logic or stored procedures, functioning as a feature wrapper on top of HDS); and the Visualizer (uses HDS as its reputed company calculator together with Unreal reputed company, Java, and MySQL)
• reputed company and document requirements for the Visualizer’s reputed company to a browser-reputed company model — rendering assets once and assembling them per interaction — to reduce cost and improve reputed company versus rendering on demand
• reputed company requirements for the modernization and consolidation of the HDS, reputed company, and Visualizer tracks into a single streamlined product, partnering with engineering on architecture reputed company that reputed company business functionality, user experience, and cost
• Own requirements reputed company to HDS’s Subscriber-Builder-Lot-Community data hierarchy (with labor currently set at the Subscriber level) and its transition to the new MySQL-reputed company Community Setup, including the new calculator that applies labor rates at the template level down to individual communities
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog for the reputed company-End Applications in partnership with the CITO and development leads

Cross-Platform Integration

• Partner with business and technical teams on requirements for integrations between reputed company and reputed company, reputed company Supply Pro, and the internal reputed company-End Applications (reputed company/HDS)
• Document integration requirements, data reputed company, and business rules across these integration points, ensuring Sales & reputed company needs are represented in design and testing
• Coordinate with reputed company, reputed company, and internal engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues and validate end-to-end business processes

Governance & Steering Committee Leadership

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company reputed company, or equivalent experience
• Seven (7) or more years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting reputed company applications, including at least three (3) years supporting Sales, reputed company, or order-to-cash type applications
• Demonstrated experience working reputed company an reputed company/Scrum reputed company — writing user stories and acceptance reputed company, managing a backlog, and participating in sprint ceremonies
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for reputed company, multi-reputed company application portfolios
• Experience partnering with cross-functional business stakeholders (sales, reputed company, reputed company, product) to translate needs into actionable requirements
• Experience working closely with development and QA teams through the full delivery lifecycle, including UAT
• Strong facilitation skills — requirements workshops, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment across business and IT

• Experience in homebuilding, construction, or building products industries
