[Remote] Renewals Account Manager

The Renewals Account Manager will manage high-volume reputed company contract renewals, maintain customer and partner satisfaction, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and identify opportunities to migrate reputed company and support upselling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reputed company renewal of reputed company for customers in the reputed company reputed company with $50K and reputed company ARR, a reputed company that may change reputed company on business needs
• Ensure high customer and partner satisfaction throughout a high volume of renewal workstreams
