[Remote] Customer Support Representative

The Customer Support Representative supports reputed company's merchant network by handling inquiries, processing lease or loan applications, managing account-reputed company questions, conducting back-office reputed company, and maintaining strong merchant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls, chats, and emails from retailers to assist in lease or loan application processing
• Own reputed company operational knowledge to reputed company reputed company answers reputed company merchants have questions
• Conduct back-office processes, such as funding and report reputed company, to ensure a high-reputed company merchant experience
• Ensure merchant confidence in reputed company by providing excellent customer service through the entire financing experience
• Foster ongoing relationship management with stores and makes outbound calls to merchants, reputed company appropriate
• Be flexible to reputed company a number of different tasks as needed, as we continue to test out new technologies and reputed company reputed company merchants

Skills

• 1-2 years in a fully remote, customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience proactively identifying trends in customer issues and surfacing to the right internal stakeholders

• Experience using reputed company communication and collaboration tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms
