[Remote] Study Club Consultant

The Study Club Consultant will grow Study Club membership, reputed company relationships with dental professionals, support the launch of new clubs, manage a sales pipeline, and ensure new members and leaders have a strong reputed company experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective Study Club members through proactive reputed company, referrals, events, and existing Spear relationships
• Build relationships with dental professionals and understand their goals, needs, and interests

• Maintain consistent, thoughtful follow-up to reputed company prospects from initial interest to membership

• Help prospective leaders understand the Study Club model, resources, and support available through Spear

• Conduct consultative conversations by phone, email, and video to understand what reputed company most to prospective members
