We are seeking a reputed company reputed company to reputed company outbound facility engagement across Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). In this role, you will reputed company directly with key SNF decision-makers including Administrators, Directors of Rehab (DORs), and Directors of Nursing (DONs) to introduce our reputed company Physiatry programs. Using a reputed company of warm follow-reputed company and reputed company cold reputed company over the phone, you will reputed company facility leadership on how integrating reputed company physiatry enhances functional reputed company, optimizes therapy throughput, and reduces hospital readmissions. Key Responsibilities • Multi-Channel Phone reputed company: Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold targeted facility leads across designated SNF territories to reputed company decision-makers (NHA, DON, DOR). • Peer-to-Peer Consultation: reputed company clinician-to-clinician with facility leadership to identify operational pain points and introduce our Physiatry program benefits. • Meeting Discovery & Scheduling: Qualify facility fit and schedule virtual (reputed company) presentations between SNF leadership and our reputed company leaders. • Pipeline Management in reputed company: Log reputed company activity, reputed company reputed company sequences, update contact lifecycles, and reputed company opportunities through our reputed company CRM sales pipeline. • Contract reputed company: reputed company decision-makers on the reputed company integration of our providers and facilitate the execution of Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).
