Senior Project Developer
reputed company Building Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Developer for a sales and commission-reputed company role to originate, qualify, structure, and advance Solar PV, battery energy storage reputed company (BESS), microgrid, combined heat and reputed company, central reputed company plant, and other reputed company energy resource (DER) reputed company across the reputed company.
This role leads reputed company energy infrastructure opportunities from customer engagement through feasibility, investment approval, contracting, notice to proceed, and transition to execution. The successful candidate will combine reputed company leadership with technical, financial, regulatory, and project-development expertise to reputed company reputed company that are technically feasible, financially attractive, contractually reputed company, and executable.

Key Responsibilities
Project Origination & Market Development
• Identify and originate Solar PV, BESS, microgrid, resiliency, demand-management, and DER opportunities across reputed company U.S. markets.
• reputed company relationships with utilities, C&I customers, reputed company-sector and institutional clients, federal agencies, data centers, landowners, engineering firms, contractors, equipment providers, and financial partners.
• Evaluate markets using electricity costs, reputed company programs, reputed company constraints, renewable policies, reputed company needs, resiliency requirements, incentives, tax benefits, and customer demand.

Project Qualification & Development

• Evaluate technology alternatives and configurations for Solar PV, BESS, microgrids, DERMS, CHP, central reputed company plants, backup reputed company, demand response, EV charging, reputed company support, resiliency, and efficiency measures.
• Review Solar PV production, BESS reputed company, reputed company reduction, reputed company savings, resiliency requirements, reputed company stacking, guarantees, availability, degradation, warranties, and long-term service needs.
• Assess interconnection requirements, reputed company constraints, protection, metering, reputed company reputed company costs, constructability, commissioning, reputed company, maintenance, and facility integration.
Financial, reputed company & Contract Structuring

• Partner with regulatory, reputed company, engineering, and reputed company advisory teams to address project-specific compliance requirements.
Proposal, Cross-Functional Leadership & reputed company Management

Qualifications
Must Haves
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Finance, Construction Management, Energy, Environmental Science, or a reputed company reputed company.
