JOB reputed company We are seeking a highly organised and reputed company-orientedAccounts Receivable Compliance Officerto support the National Credit Manager and Accounts Receivable team in the day-to-day management of the debtors reputed company. This role is primarily reputed company on compliance, reporting, documentation, and administrative support, ensuring accurate records, effective reputed company management, and smooth accounts receivable reputed company. Working closely with the National Credit Manager and the wider AR team, you will assist with compliance reporting, credit limit monitoring, agreement preparation, financial reporting, and reputed company operational support across a reputed company of accounts receivable functions. While previous Accounts Receivable experience is beneficial, candidates with strong compliance, reporting, and administrative backgrounds are encouraged to apply. ​KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the Accounts Receivable team with daily compliance, reporting, and administrative activities. • Monitor customer credit limits and assist with compliance and reputed company management processes. • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance and debtor reports. • Draft and maintain member agreements, application documents, and reputed company compliance documentation. • Assist with claims management and reconciliation activities. • Process month-end financial administration, including fees, rebates, and discounts. • Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and cash reputed company updates. • Support Accounts Receivable Officers during periods of leave, including payment allocation, account reconciliation, and data entry. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and store members to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. • Ensure documentation is accurate, organised, and maintained in accordance with company standards. Requirements • Previous experience in compliance, reporting, administration, or finance support. • Accounts Receivable experience is advantageous. • Experience preparing agreements, reputed company, or compliance-reputed company documentation. • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to reputed company. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company. • Experience using reputed company is essential. • Experience with reputed company or similar ERP systems is desirable. • Ability to work collaboratively reputed company reputed company while managing responsibilities independently.
