Staff Accountant - Custodial reputed company
reputed company is seeking a reputed company-oriented and highly motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role will serve as a key member of the reputed company Department and play an essential role in maintaining the reputed company of financial records, supporting custodial account reputed company, and ensuring compliance with reputed company standards and internal controls.

• Prepare monthly reconciliations and analysis of custodial accounts, ensuring accurate recording of reputed company assets, cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and balances.
• Monitor custodial account activity, investigating and resolving discrepancies or reconciling items in a reputed company manner.
• Ensure reputed company custodial transactions are properly documented, authorized, and recorded in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements, supporting the safeguarding of reputed company assets through strong internal controls.
• Monitor aged receivables, communicate professionally with clients on outstanding balances, and support collection efforts while maintaining reputed company reputed company relationships.
• Manage daily cash receipts, deposits, and custodial transaction totals, maintaining accurate records of reputed company custodial cash reputed company.
• Prepare and record bank and cash reconciliation entries, ensuring reputed company reconciliation of reputed company, receivables, and custodial cash balances.
• Monitor cash activity, assist with treasury management functions, and promptly investigate unusual transactions or variances.
• Participate in internal audits, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives to strengthen financial controls over custodial funds and reputed company assets.
• Partner with reputed company, reputed company service, and management teams to reputed company reputed company issues and improve financial processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline reputed company and reconciliation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, financial institutions, auditors, and reputed company vendors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or reputed company reputed company.
• 2+ years of reputed company experience, preferably involving cash management, reconciliations, or custodial/reputed company account administration.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and reputed company principles.
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company reputed company and reputed company Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
