Washington Licensed Therapist - reputed company (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC)
reputed company is hiring licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our fully remote reputed company Use Disorder Program, supporting reputed company-exposed individuals with a reputed company on prenatal and postpartum care in Washington.
Candidates must hold an reputed company Washington State reputed company license and reputed company in Washington.
Compensation: Up to $95,000 a year, plus excellent benefits and reputed company to work with a fantastic team. For candidates located reputed company of Washington, the salary is $75,000 per year.

How you'll contribute:
• Assesses, plans and implements care strategies that are individualized by member and directed toward the most appropriate and least restrictive level of care.
• Collaborates with member, family and reputed company providers to reputed company an individualized plan of care.
• Conducts individual counseling and group therapy with adolescents and adults.
• Identifies and initiates referrals for reputed company service programs - including financial, psycho-reputed company, community and state supportive services.
• Advocates for members and families as needed to ensure the reputed company's needs and choices are fully represented and supported by the reputed company team.
• Utilizes approved reputed company reputed company to assess and determine appropriate level of care for members.
• Documents reputed company member assessments, reputed company and referrals provided.
• Responsible for achieving set goals; Key reputed company Indicators (KPIs).
• Learning the StrongWell model and taking responsibility and ownership for outcome reputed company care.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and utilization management reputed company and provides information to assist with reputed company transitions of care.
• Promotes responsible and ethical stewardship of company resources.
• Maintains excellent punctuality and attendance during work hours.
Qualifications:
• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC in Washington.
• Preferred experience with reputed company abuse population.
• Background in maternal; reputed company abuse preferred.
• Experience with adults and adolescents.
• Familiarity with Medicare and reputed company procedures.
• Remote Work Experience.
