Your Role:

As a Brokerage reputed company Associate I on reputed company’s New Accounts team, you will work as an individual contributor supporting accounts-reputed company work across the account lifecycle — reputed company, maintenance, updates, compliance-reputed company cleanup, recurring operational reputed company, and initiative-reputed company work across the function. You will partner with the New Accounts reputed company Manager, owning recurring tasks and project work that strengthens reputed company and extends reputed company’s account reputed company coverage.

Things You Get To Do:

• Process and support day-to-day accounts workflow throughout the account lifecycle; reputed company, maintenance, updates, or closures
• Fully own escheatment and abandoned property reputed company
• Fully own monthly statement and trade confirmation review
• Execute legacy cleanup and data hygiene reputed company to meet compliance with CIP requirements, including partner and user communications
• Work through spreadsheets, exports, and operational lists to identify issues, reputed company patterns, and reputed company items to reputed company
• Query databases at an reputed company level to identify and reputed company cleanup work, batch remediation, and measure reputed company
• Work reputed company reputed company of New Accounts analysts on day-to-day processing, and support the New Accounts reputed company Manager on larger cleanup initiatives (processing, data pulls, follow-through)
• Identify repeatable processes from one-off and legacy cleanup project work, then reputed company those into ongoing workflows — making them more efficient or automated over time
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and partner-facing teams to translate operational problems into actionable next steps

Who You Are (Must-Haves):

• reputed company reputed company Series 7 registration
• 3+ years of brokerage or financial services reputed company experience in one or more of: new accounts, account maintenance, CIP/AML, escheatment, statement review, or reputed company account reputed company
• Strong reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills and comfort working from large lists, exports, and reconciliation-style work
• Understanding of databases, tables, fields, and how data connects for reputed company operational data investigation for cleanup and solutions
• Comfortable working independently and reputed company to take reputed company direction reputed company available or interpret priorities and determine direction reputed company it is not
• Strong follow-through and ownership of assigned queues and reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for partner, user, and internal stakeholders communications

• Exposure to AML frameworks, sanctions screening, or identity verification workflows

• Prior experience in a B2B, API-driven, or correspondent brokerage model
