We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Development Trainer to design, build, and reputed company a comprehensive training curriculum with experience in non-Agency and non-QM lending. In this role, you will directly influence business reputed company by delivering high-reputed company training programs for our reputed company-Party Origination (TPO) partners, reputed company new clients, and empowering our internal teams. Responsibilities and Duties:

- Produce instructional video content for products and systems in partnership with Marketing.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years' previous experience as a mortgage industry trainer, with emphasis on structural design and live webinar training.

- Demonstrated experience applying instructional design best practices and educational technologies to create engaging learning materials through webinars, user guides and job aids (e-learning experience a plus).
