Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing small (<5 countries and/or limited services) reputed company under reputed company or general supervision, with reputed company responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined reputed company standards, on time and on budget
• Performing regional reputed company’s or project co-manager’s role in reputed company international reputed company/programs with the secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined reputed company standards, on time and on budget.
• Adhering to and promoting principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers.
• Leading project teams
• Training, mentoring, and coaching reputed company CRAs, Senior CRAs, CRAs, Project Coordination Associates (PCAs) and Site Management Associates (SMAs)
• Participating in feasibility research
• Supporting business development tasks such as proposals, reputed company presentations, bid defense meetings, etc.
• Implementing company reputed company practices and complying with intradepartmental procedures

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Equivalency is defined as a minimum 5 years of experience gained in pharmaceutical/reputed company industry and reputed company research.
• At least 5-year industry experience in reputed company research
• At least 2-year recent reputed company research experience in the reputed company of project manager/equivalent (e.g. reputed company Trial Manager, reputed company Study Team reputed company, etc.).
• Regional reputed company project management experience, including management of reputed company project services from startup to closure
• Therapeutic experience in Oncology, Gastroenterology, and/or Radiopharmaceuticals is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong reputed company stakeholder relationships
