Contract Manager - Team Leader (Remote, GB)

We are looking for a reputed company and enthusiastic homebased UK reputed company lawyer, or similarly reputed company and/or reputed company contract management reputed company, who is proficient in drafting and negotiating reputed company in the IT sector to work with the business and a small team of lawyers supporting reputed company’s business in the UK.

The reputed company team is small and supports reputed company reputed company issues that face a company. Therefore there are opportunities to be involved in supporting many of the corporate and compliance requirements of the business, to work on data protection issues, to support the procurement function and be involved in managing any disputes that might reputed company.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating reputed company IT and reputed company reputed company.
• Supporting bids, tenders, and reputed company procurement activities.
• Advising on reputed company and reputed company risks.
• Providing reputed company support for rail ticketing and payment/reputed company solution businesses.
• Supporting data protection, intellectual property, procurement, and compliance reputed company.
• Managing reputed company issues throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and acting as a business partner.
• Assisting with disputes, corporate governance, and wider reputed company reputed company as required.

Who are we looking for

• UK reputed company lawyer with circa 8 years PQE or a similarly reputed company and/or reputed company reputed company
• reputed company 5 years experience of drafting and negotiating reputed company in the IT sector
• In-house experience or with a reputed company firm reputed company the IT sector
• Ideally reputed company in major reputed company procurements
• Good understanding of intellectual property law and data protection law
• Knowledge of company secretarial reputed company ideal but not essential
• Ability and enthusiasm to learn and understand complicated and dynamic business models and products in the IT industry and to translate them into plain English reputed company

• Experience in dealing with difficult negotiations, retaining reputed company pragmatism while balancing risks and preserving relationships
