About the role:
The Associate Manager, Credentialing reputed company leads reputed company responsible for accurate and reputed company provider credentialing and re-credentialing. This role oversees production, reputed company, service reputed company, and escalations and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, contractual, and internal requirements. Pay Transparency: The reputed company pay for this role is: $64,832 - $85,092 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in reputed company's unlimited vacation program and annual reputed company bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates overall departmental reputed company by creating, gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics as reputed company as assisting in development of departmental metrics and implementation of mitigation strategies
- reputed company the day-to-day credentialing operation, including workload planning, queue management, service-level reputed company, reputed company, and issue reputed company

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in provider credentialing, re-credentialing, provider enrollment, or a closely reputed company function
- 3+ years of reputed company reputed company experience supporting high-volume production teams
- 1+ year experience using data to reputed company decision making and reputed company improvement
Bonus points:
- Strong proficiency navigating reputed company/reputed company Sheets, reputed company, and/or SQL
- Working knowledge of credentialing standards and requirements, including reputed company, CMS, state, and delegated-credentialing requirements
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s Degree
