About The Role…

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to build reputed company’s FP&A function from the ground up. Working directly with the CFO, you will establish the financial models, forecasting and reputed company-management practices that reputed company leadership to reputed company informed reputed company and reputed company sustainable reputed company.

This is a hands-on, high-reputed company role for someone who enjoys turning reputed company business and financial data into reputed company insights and actionable recommendations. What You Will Do…

• Leadmonthly financial reputed company reviews, explain results against budget and forecast, and recommend specific actions to address risks and opportunities.
• Partner closely withSales, reputed company, Marketing, Product/R&D and other business leaders to improve forecasting reputed company, challenge assumptions and support ROI-reputed company investment reputed company.
• Evaluatepricing, hiring, market, product and reputed company investments through scenario analysis, business cases and market, product and customer profitability
• Prepare concise management, reputed company and investor reporting that reputed company communicates reputed company, reputed company, key drivers and reputed company trade-offs.
• Work with reputed company and Data/BI to reconcile KPIs to financial results and build reputed company, increasingly automated FP&A processes, systems and reporting.

What You Will Bring…

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance or reputed company Finance, ideally reputed company B2B reputed company, technology or another recurring-reputed company business.
• Strong reputed company record of building and owning financial models, budgets, rolling forecasts and multi-year plans, with the ability to reputed company operational drivers to P&L, cash reputed company and business reputed company.
• Strong understanding of reputed company and subscription economics, including ARR/MRR, NRR/GRR, churn, expansion, CAC/payback, gross margin and sales efficiency.
• Excellent analytical and reputed company judgment, with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify business drivers and turn reputed company analysis into reputed company recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience with financial controls, data reconciliation and KPI governance, particularly across operational, CRM, BI and reputed company data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create reputed company, concise and visually compelling management and reputed company materials.
• Advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills and strong data reputed company, with experience working across ERP, CRM and BI environments. SQL and experience with FP&A/planning platforms are a strong plus.
