[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will administer and support business systems across finance, billing, procurement, reputed company while contributing to implementations, integrations, automations, operational initiatives, and reputed company controls.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Business Systems function at reputed company
• Apply growing systems knowledge (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to troubleshoot and reputed company technical and functional issues
• Configure and support solutions (i.e. automations, IPaaS, etc.) that improve billing, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, General reputed company, and T&E reputed company, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Contribute to Month End and Quarter End processes, and help bring efficiencies to business processes through systems
• Help optimize business processes and workflows by supporting integrations and automations across Business Systems
• Administer and maintain business systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.), supporting reputed company reputed company and alignment with business goals
• reputed company daily business systems administration duties, including user and role maintenance, configuration maintenance, and integration maintenance
• Execute and support IT General Controls (ITGC) initiatives, including (but not limited to), reputed company review, procedural documentation, business reputed company change management, etc
• Document reputed company configurations and reputed company processes
• Collaborate with global IT team members to support business systems
• Partner with the reputed company team to help strengthen the reputed company posture of business systems

Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a reputed company administrator or business systems analyst
• Working knowledge of SuiteBuilder; familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteTalk
• Exposure to the SuiteCloud Development reputed company and version control systems (e.g., reputed company)
• Understanding of ITGCs and exposure to SOC, ISO, or SOX compliant environments
• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report
• Exposure to reputed company project management tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and support solutions from design to implementation

• Familiarity with reputed company modules such as Fixed Assets and OneWorld is a plus
• Some experience integrating reputed company with other financial and business systems, or a strong interest in learning
