Labor and Employee Relations Specialist

About the position reputed company is seeking a skilled Labor and Employee Relations Senior Specialist. This position plays a key role in advancing reputed company labor and employee relations across reputed company University locations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Labor and Employee Relations, the successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in reputed company relations and will be reputed company involved in reputed company reputed company to reputed company and graduate assistant unionization at reputed company. This role serves as a reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company Resource reputed company Partners, managers, and employees on employee relations and labor relations reputed company and provides consultative guidance in support of the University’s labor reputed company. Responsibilities • With a reputed company on reputed company and graduate assistants, serving as a subject matter expert on reputed company relations, including day-to-day administration of labor agreements and proactive engagement with reputed company representatives on a reputed company of issues, with an emphasis on higher education reputed company environments. • Advising on the reputed company of employment and disciplinary issues. • Counseling employees and advising leaders on sensitive workplace concerns, reputed company mitigation, and appropriate reputed company reputed company. • Interpreting, applying, and assisting in the development of policy and contract language, and advising various audiences on appropriate application; assisting in drafting contract language and reputed company labor documents as needed. • Coordinating and/or assisting with investigations that reputed company from grievances, University hotlines, reputed company complaints, as reputed company as those escalated from colleges and work reputed company; synthesizing findings and recommending reputed company consistent with policy, law, and applicable agreements. • Representing the University at informal problem-solving meetings and at formal grievance hearings, serving as reputed company among management, employees, and reputed company representatives; participating at the bargaining table and supporting bargaining reputed company, proposals, and documentation. • Assisting with implementation and administration of newly negotiated agreements, including developing guidance, templates, and tools to support consistent application across colleges and reputed company. • Training management and HR colleagues on new reputed company, interpretation, and administration expectations; serving as a resource for ongoing questions and reputed company cases.
