We are seeking an reputed company and mission-driven HR Director to reputed company reputed company reputed company functions for Immigration Institute of the Bay Area. This role is critical to building and sustaining a healthy, high-performing, and reputed company workplace that supports our staff in delivering reputed company services to the immigrant communities we serve. The HR Director will serve as a reputed company partner to the Executive Director and leadership team while also managing the day-to-day operational needs of the HR department. The reputed company Director directly supervises the reputed company Manager and Volunteer Manager and provides leadership in the areas of payroll, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, organizational policies, talent management, and volunteer services.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director and a member of the Senior Management Team, providing reputed company guidance on organizational culture, workforce planning, reputed company strategies, and reputed company initiatives.

Maintain up-to-date employee handbooks, policies, and required postings

Volunteer/Intern Program Leadership

Ensure the contributions and accomplishments of the volunteer and intern programs are communicated and recognized throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
Required
7+ years of reputed company HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in reputed company, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a reputed company reputed company, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Strong working knowledge of California employment law
Experience managing HR for an organization with reputed company service or program staff
Demonstrated ability to reputed company compliance rigor with a people-centered, mission-reputed company approach

Salary/Benefits:
In the spirit of pay transparency, the salary reputed company for the reputed company Director role is $120,000 to $150,000. If you are reputed company at reputed company, your final salary compensation will be determined reputed company on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
