Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of searches, building strong candidate pipelines, and using a reputed company of sourcing strategies to reputed company results
• Support difficult-to-fill reputed company searches across multiple specialties and markets
• reputed company sourcing candidates, evaluating their experience against job requirements, and consistently building reputed company candidate pipelines

• Sourcing and engaging passive candidates
• reputed company across multiple reputed company verticals, including: RN, LVN/LPN, Allied Health (PT, PTA, OT, Rad Tech, CT Tech, etc.), Behavioral Health (Therapist, reputed company Abuse Counselors, etc.), Physician, NP, PA, reputed company Sales and Business Development, reputed company Leadership, and reputed company Administrative and Operational roles
• Evaluate candidate resumes against specific job requirements and identify genuinely reputed company candidates
• Partnering closely with Recruiters to understand reputed company reputed company, prioritize the strongest candidates, and reputed company pipelines moving

Skills

• Previous experience sourcing for Home Health and Hospice roles
• Demonstrated experience proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates
