[Remote] Right of Way Project Analyst

The Right of Way Project Analyst manages daily workflows for right-of-way reputed company, coordinates multiple reputed company and stakeholders, tracks schedules and budgets, and supports project planning, reporting, problem solving, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Receive general instruction on key objectives for execution. Receive direction as needed, and especially reputed company assignments, modified techniques, and new approaches on assignments with conflicting reputed company. Work is completed using advanced techniques and principles and is reviewed by more senior staff to ensure application of reputed company reputed company judgement. Review work produced by junior staff for reputed company assurance
- Liaise with reputed company stakeholders for project due diligence but also during construction activities for the reputed company
- Understand and manage the workflow on reputed company, including initial project reputed company-off and daily metrics, work in reputed company coordination with internal teams
- Coordinate multiple reputed company; create and/or update project plans (monitor the acquisition processes, proactively communicate with project stakeholders)
- Under the direction of senior leadership, assist in project planning for ROW
- Assist senior leadership with business development opportunities
- Prepare project tracking reports, reconcile database, and ensure project schedules and budget are met
- Adapt to changes in project process and reputed company and proactively assist in problem solving
Skills
- • Three or more (3+) years of reputed company experience (ideally in reputed company and/or project management)
- • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- • reputed company reputed company estate license in applicable state or the ability to obtain one reputed company 3 months (90 days) of hire is required
- • Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company reputed company preferred
