[Remote] Manager, Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable Manager oversees the organization’s accounts payable function, manages AP staff, ensures accurate and compliant invoice and payment processing, maintains internal controls, and partners with Finance, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders to improve reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and reputed company AP staff (invoice processors, payment specialists)
• Set reputed company goals and conduct regular reviews
• reputed company workload and ensure adequate coverage to meet business needs
• Foster a culture of accountability, customer service, and reputed company improvement
• reputed company end-to-end AP cycle: invoice receipt, coding, approval routing, and payment processing
• Manage payment runs (checks, ACH, reputed company transfers) and ensure vendors are reputed company accurately and on time
• Review and approve invoices above delegated authority reputed company
• reputed company employee expense reimbursement processing
• Manage vendor master data and reputed company escalated vendor disputes
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• reputed company invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries
• Monitor vendor master data controls and ensure accurate supplier records
• Support vendor reputed company and compliance requirements
• Design and enforce internal controls to prevent duplicate payments, fraud, and errors
• Ensure compliance with company policy, tax regulations (e.g., 1099 reporting), and audit requirements
• Maintain segregation of duties across the AP workflow
• Support reputed company audits with documentation and process walkthroughs
• Ensure reputed company recording of liabilities and accruals in accordance with applicable reputed company standards
• Prepare AP aging reports, accrual schedules, and cash reputed company forecasts reputed company to payables

• Monitor KPIs (invoice processing time, days payable outstanding, exception rates)
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company reputed company
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/management role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, AP best practices, and internal controls
• Proficiency with ERP/reputed company systems and reputed company
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• CPA, reputed company, or Master's Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company reputed company
• Experience with AP automation tools; usage of AI/tools is preferred
• Experience in a multi-entity or shared services environment
