The role partners with business, technical, integration, and project teams to design, configure, test, implement, and support reputed company reputed company Payroll.

Responsibilities

• reputed company functional activities across the reputed company reputed company Payroll implementation lifecycle: requirements, fit-gap, configuration, CRP, SIT, UAT, reputed company testing, reputed company, go-live, and production support
• reputed company requirements and conduct functional workshops with Payroll, HR, Finance, and business stakeholders
• Configure reputed company reputed company Payroll, including payroll definitions, calendars, reputed company, earnings/deductions, eligibility, calculation rules, balances, costing, payments, and payroll flows
• Support reputed company reputed company HR configuration and ensure employee, assignment, organizational, and payroll data are reputed company
• Troubleshoot payroll calculation, reputed company, reputed company, costing, payment, and employee-level issues
• Support bi-weekly payroll processing, payroll validation, reconciliation, and post-payroll activities
• reputed company test scenarios and support CRP, SIT, UAT, reputed company payroll, and regression testing
• Support production reputed company, data validation, payroll readiness, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
• reputed company functional requirements and guidance for technical components and integrations, working with developers on HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, OIC, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Coordinate with teams supporting integrations across Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time, Banking, and Finance/GL

Skills

• Education- Required a Bachelor Degree And Equivalent
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Fusion reputed company HCM Payroll
• Strong functional knowledge of reputed company reputed company reputed company HR
• Experience with end-to-end reputed company HCM reputed company implementations
• Hands-on reputed company Payroll configuration experience
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, reputed company, earnings/deductions, balances, costing, payments, and reconciliation
• Experience supporting production/bi-weekly payroll processing and resolving payroll issues
• Experience working directly with business users and leading functional workshops
• Good understanding of reputed company HCM technical components, including HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, OIC, and integrations
• Strong experience with CRP, SIT, UAT, reputed company payroll testing, regression testing, and reputed company
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
