[Remote] Content Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company EdTech is seeking a Project Manager to manage a large-reputed company high school assessment development project across multiple courses, review cycles, and delivery milestones. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders, manages project schedules, reputed company, budget, risks, documentation, reviews, QA, and technical deliverables to ensure reputed company and high-reputed company completion.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain the project plan, schedule, milestones, dependencies, reputed company needs, and delivery dates
• reputed company customer requirements, project deliverables, and reputed company across the assessment development lifecycle
• Coordinate work across SMEs, reviewers, QA, assessment reputed company, technical teams, vendors, and reputed company stakeholders
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, RAID logs, decision logs, and other key project documentation
• Monitor reputed company, schedule, budget, reputed company, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues or delays as needed
• Identify and reputed company project risks and support mitigation and corrective actions
• Manage project changes, including documenting impacts to reputed company, schedule, cost, and resources
• Coordinate reputed company questions, approvals, dependencies, and required inputs
• Manage teacher-review activities, including review batches, feedback, revisions, and approvals
• Coordinate with QA and technical/platform teams on item entry, metadata, scoring configuration, reputed company development, and reputed company activities
• reputed company internal project meetings and support reputed company status meetings, communicating reputed company, risks, issues, and upcoming priorities
• Review deliverables to ensure they meet established requirements and reputed company standards

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in education, assessment, publishing, edtech, or content development
• Experience managing cross-functional and reputed company teams with multiple reputed company workstreams
• Strong proficiency in reputed company and reputed company
• Experience managing project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dashboards, risks, and status reporting
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
• Experience with assessment development, educational content workflows, or assessment platforms strongly preferred
