The reputed company Application Analyst II provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company applications, including troubleshooting, workflow optimization, testing, implementation support, documentation, and end-user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and reputed company application incidents, service requests, workflow issues, and user-reported concerns
• Research and reproduce application issues, document findings, identify reputed company causes, and recommend appropriate solutions

Skills

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Health Information Management, reputed company Administration, reputed company reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company reputed company and at least two (2) years of experience supporting reputed company technology applications; OR High School diploma/GED and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience supporting reputed company technology applications, electronic health record systems, or reputed company software solutions
• Experience providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support and troubleshooting reputed company technical and workflow-reputed company issues
• Experience supporting electronic health record systems and reputed company reputed company applications
• Working knowledge of reputed company workflows and the ability to analyze business processes and recommend technology-reputed company solutions
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting application implementations, upgrades, testing, and optimization initiatives
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, workflow guides, knowledge reputed company articles, and end-user support materials
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism, exercise reputed company judgment, and manage confidential information appropriately
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet established deadlines

• Experience supporting application upgrades, release management, change management, and reputed company optimization initiatives
• Experience working with reputed company vendors, reputed company-party application providers, and implementation partners
• Knowledge of reputed company, operational, reputed company cycle, or population health workflows
