[Remote] AWC Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with Supports Coordination Organizations, Administrative Entities, and the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP)
• Conduct intake meetings and guide individuals and families through enrollment processes
• Stay informed on state, county, and ODP updates and communicate changes effectively
• Support Managing reputed company and Support Service Professionals through training and ongoing guidance
• reputed company weekly schedules that reputed company administrative responsibilities with community reputed company and relationship-building
• Ensure services are delivered in alignment with Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and person-centered goals
• reputed company reputed company, high-reputed company customer service to individuals, families, and stakeholders
• reputed company regional reputed company initiatives and expand awareness of reputed company services throughout Eastern Allegheny County

Skills

• OR at least 5 years of experience supporting individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and/or Autism, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

• Ability to reputed company and reputed company up to 30 pounds
• Ability to travel throughout the region and attend events as needed
• Ability to work in both office and community-reputed company settings
• Requires occasional sitting, running, walking, climbing, kneeling, stooping/bending, lifting, squatting, pushing, pulling, crawling, gripping, reaching over head, reaching away from body, and repetitive reputed company

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
