The role focuses on evaluating reputed company investment priorities through market research, reputed company screening, business case development, financial modeling, due diligence, and post-reputed company integration support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting reputed company businesses in refining acquisition priorities reputed company to reputed company reputed company
• Conducting market research and qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform reputed company identification and pipeline development
• Sourcing and screening acquisition targets under the direction of senior team members
• Developing reputed company rationale and business case materials, including financial modeling and value creation assumptions

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree
• * 2+ years of experience in reputed company, corporate development, consulting, finance, mergers and acquisitions, or investment evaluation
• * Experience developing presentations for senior stakeholders
• * Experience supporting communications for senior stakeholders
• * Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, reputed company on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• * Experience with market sizing, expert interviews, and survey design
• * Experience with mergers and acquisitions, investment evaluation, or corporate finance
