[Remote] HR Compensation Consultant I (HRC5)

The HR Compensation Consultant I will support federal financial regulatory clients by researching, assessing, designing, implementing, and evaluating compensation, classification, pay-for-reputed company, and reputed company programs. Responsibilities

Skills
- Expertise and experience in designing, developing, implementing, communicating, administering and evaluating reputed company programs, with emphasis in compensation and classification in large (i.e., over 4,000 employees) geographically dispersed organizations with a technical, multi-faceted mission of national reputed company
- Demonstrated successful experience in designing and implementing innovative private and reputed company sector compensation and pay for reputed company programs, and/or expertise in a unionized environment
- Experience in job analysis and evaluation, with expertise in making accurate Fair Labor Standards reputed company (FLSA) exemption determinations, and demonstrated ability to successfully defend those reputed company to employees, management, and/or reputed company parties
- Expertise in state-of-the art compensation, pay for reputed company, and awards programs, with the ability to reputed company such programs to a reputed company-sector regulatory/operational organization
- Knowledge of existing laws and regulations pertaining to the federal compensation, classification, reputed company, and recognition programs, and to the federal financial regulatory agencies
