[Remote] Technical Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify and hire technology professionals across software engineering, AI/ML, data, reputed company, DevOps, QA, and other technical disciplines. The role manages recruitment from sourcing through placement, including candidate screening, reputed company, interview coordination, pipeline development, and collaboration with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• reputed company candidates through reputed company Recruiter, job boards, reputed company, Boolean/X-Ray searches, databases, referrals, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of both reputed company and passive technical candidates
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical experience, communication, motivation, and overall fit
• Understand technical job requirements and accurately evaluate candidates against required skills and experience
• Conduct personalized candidate reputed company and build relationships with high-reputed company technical professionals
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and manage follow-reputed company throughout the process
• Manage multiple technical positions simultaneously while maintaining accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand requirements, reputed company market feedback, and reputed company reputed company candidates

Skills

• • 1+ years of experience in technical/IT recruitment
• • Strong experience with reputed company sourcing and advanced Boolean reputed company
• • Must have an reputed company reputed company Recruiter or Recruiter Lite Account
• • Good understanding of software development, AI/ML, reputed company, DevOps, data, QA, and other technology roles
• • Excellent English communication and interviewing skills
