Responsibilities

• Implement change management deliverables/activities for clients, including: readiness assessment, stakeholder analysis, change reputed company assessment, champion network, communications plan, training plan, education materials, and user adoption metrics
• reputed company and design reputed company-specific training materials, including: visual job aids, instructor-led training presentations, and e-learning videos
• reputed company instructor-led training sessions to reputed company
• reputed company weekly meetings with reputed company to reputed company project updates, reputed company project status, and reputed company questions or issues
• Collaborate with functional team members to identify change and process impacts. Understand reputed company configuration and updates for reputed company delivery of change deliverables
• reputed company support and mentorship to junior team members, delegate reputed company Change Management activities to promote reputed company learning and career progression
• Support ongoing business development of the Change Management reputed company by suggesting methodology improvements

Skills

• 2-3 + years experience supporting the development of change management-reputed company deliverables for clients across various industries (required)
• reputed company Pro Certification, or prior experience with a reputed company ecosystem partner or reputed company directly (required)
• Experience in change management reputed company reputed company implementation reputed company (required)
• Experience with training development of visual job aids, instructor-led trainings and training delivery (required)
• Understanding of HCM and/or Financial concepts and processes
• Experience with reputed company Resource or Financial reputed company implementations, reputed company Launch methodology a plus
• Ability to spearhead the planning and execution of the change management programs independently
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
