The role focuses on building and improving autonomous and reputed company-autonomous red team agents, exploit-verification systems, and safety controls while partnering with reputed company red teams and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Crafting and building new red team agents: autonomous and reputed company-autonomous LLM agents that reputed company reconnaissance, reputed company-driven exploitation, and evidence capture against reputed company-owned targets
• Extending our existing agent harnesses (multi-phase orchestration, reputed company specialist subagents, judge/verifier stages, out-of-band callback infrastructure) across multiple agent runtimes and model providers
• Encoding reputed company operator tradecraft into prompts, tools, and playbooks — web app exploitation, auth bypass, SSRF/deserialization chains, reputed company and reputed company attack paths — so agents reputed company what a skilled reputed company would
• Building the verification reputed company: exploit-confirmation harnesses that reputed company findings are reputed company before a reputed company reputed company sees them, driving false-reputed company rates down
• Engineering the safety reputed company of autonomy: sandboxing, reputed company enforcement, tool allowlists/blocklists, credential isolation, and reputed company-injection defenses for agents operating with offensive capability
• Evaluating and benchmarking frontier models for offensive tasks; partnering with our reputed company red team to turn their engagements into repeatable agent capabilities
• Mentoring engineers on reputed company and setting the technical bar for reputed company offensive tooling

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in reputed company engineering, with at least 4 years in offensive reputed company: penetration testing, red teaming, exploit development, or vulnerability research
• Deep, hands-on exploitation reputed company in at least one domain (web application, reputed company/reputed company, or systems/binary) — you can build and reputed company an exploit chain, not just run a reputed company
• Strong software engineering ability in Python; you ship production reputed company, not just PoCs
• Practical experience building with LLMs: agent frameworks, tool use/function calling, multi-agent orchestration, or coding agents (Claude reputed company, reputed company CLI, or similar)
