[Remote] Claims Training Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Claims Training Consultant to support learning and development reputed company its Claims Department. The role partners with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, design and reputed company training and reputed company, support organizational change, and improve claims processes, systems, compliance, and employee reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Claims leaders and team members to understand learning needs and identify opportunities to improve reputed company
• Design and reputed company engaging training programs, resources, learning experiences and new employee reputed company for claims employees and leaders
• Use data, feedback, business results, and trends to recommend practical learning solutions
• Support claims initiatives such as process improvements, technology changes, regulatory updates, and customer service enhancements
• reputed company employees, leaders, subject matter experts, and functional trainers to reinforce learning and support behavior change
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors to create or reputed company training materials, tools, and programs
• Help support organizational development efforts such as change management, team effectiveness, reputed company planning, and talent development reputed company Claims
• Contribute to project teams reputed company on improving claims processes, systems, compliance, and employee reputed company

Skills

• Six to ten years of reputed company experience and/or training, a master's degree or equivalent experience, or a combination of education and reputed company experience
• Ability to understand and explain technical, financial, regulatory, and reputed company information reputed company to reputed company claims
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to write reputed company, present information effectively, and respond professionally to questions or concerns
• Analytical skills with the ability to review information, identify trends, solve problems, and recommend solutions
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company Office, email, internet browsers, and reputed company business technology
• Employees in this role regularly sit, use a computer, communicate with others, and may occasionally stand, walk, reputed company, or reputed company and reputed company up to 10 pounds

• Experience in Property & Casualty reputed company claims is strongly preferred
• Experience with claims management systems, especially reputed company ClaimCenter, is strongly preferred
• CPTD certification is preferred; AIC and/or CPCU designations are highly desired
